Invitations by: ___________________
To people outside the design field, I'm pretty sure graphic designers are people who create invitations and flyers; just as photographers are people who create Glamor Shot portraits.
They make freelance design jobs more abundant, so no complaints. Flaky wanted to do something nice for her son Crinkles, so she had these invitations made for a birthday party at Walt Disney World.

"It's not a real body; it is completely virtual and made by the computer," says H&M press officer Hacan Andersson.
I think I have a virtual crush.

Big Checks
Big Checks
Big checks are silly, but they are good for publicity shots. One of the more recent ones I set up was on the news tonight. Not exactly something to be proud of, but entertaining none the less.

Harper's Island Bloop
Harper's Island Bloop
Yesterday, Netflix recommended I try out a miniseries titled, "Harper's Island." I was about two minutes into it when I saw this...
I turned it off immediately believing if production values are this bad it probably doesn't warrant my time. Washingtion?
So, is the show any good?

New Touchdown Jesus Rendering
New Touchdown Jesus Rendering
The "Touchdown Jesus" statue in Ohio was engulfed in flames, and burned to the ground after a lightning strike in June 2010. The six-story-tall depiction of Jesus Christ with his arms raised stood in front of Solid Rock Church along Interstate 75 in Monroe, just north of Cincinnati.
An artist has now released a rendering of how the new statue may appear. It would be titled, "Touchdown Tebow." I'm indifferent with Tim Tebow, although I believe his NFL career at this point is slightly overrated. We'll wait and see how his entire career unfolds, but every one around him in the Denver Bronco's organization deserves some credit for their turn-around this year. However, this statue is a lot of praise dedicated to an individual man, and may be overdoing it a bit.
